LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Warranty Coverage

The Project 3 warrants that its Paint Protection Film (“Product”) will be free from manufacturing and material defects under normal automotive use, when properly installed and maintained, for the applicable warranty period specified for the region in which the vehicle is registered at the time of installation.

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing by The Project 3.

2. Warranty Period by Region

Warranty coverage periods vary by region and are determined based on environmental conditions. Applicable warranty periods are defined in the Warranty Region Schedule, which forms part of this Limited Warranty.

The applicable warranty period for each region shall be published separately and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

 

3. What Is Covered

During the applicable warranty period, The Project 3 warrants the Product against the following defects arising from manufacturing or materials:

• Delamination of the film

• Cracking or peeling caused by manufacturing defects

• Excessive discoloration attributable to material defects

At its sole discretion, The Project 3 will repair, replace, or refund the affected Product, excluding labor costs, removal, reinstallation, or any associated expenses.

4. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover, and expressly excludes, the following:

• Normal wear and tear

• Environmental aging or cosmetic changes

• Surface marks, stains, or contamination caused by environmental exposure

• Damage caused by improper installation, removal, or handling

• Edge lifting, stretch marks, or installation-related defects

• Damage resulting from accidents, road debris, chemicals, improper washing

• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, intentional or accidental acts, or any action beyond normal automotive use

• Changes in appearance or performance due to climate conditions, usage patterns, or maintenance practices

• Any product installed on repainted, refinished, or non-original painted surfaces, unless approved in writing by The Project 3

 

5. Warranty Remedy and Replacement

This Limited Warranty provides coverage for replacement of the Product only.

If a Product is determined by The Project 3 to be defective solely due to a manufacturing or material defect during the applicable warranty period, The Project 3 will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective Product with a similar product that is available at the time of repair or replacement.

Replacement of the Product shall be the exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty.

Removal and reinstallation of the Product shall be performed by an authorized installer. Any repaired or replaced Product shall remain subject to the remainder of the original warranty period only. Repair or replacement shall not extend, renew, or restart the warranty period.

This Limited Warranty does not cover labor costs, vehicle damage, loss of use, or any incidental or consequential expenses, unless expressly stated in writing by The Project 3.

6. Installation Requirements

This Limited Warranty applies only to Products installed by a professional installer, in accordance with The Project 3’s installation guidelines.

Improper installation, inadequate surface preparation, or failure to follow recommended installation procedures will void this warranty.

 

7. Maintenance and Care

The Product must be maintained in accordance with standard automotive care practices. Failure to properly clean and maintain the Product may result in reduced performance and void warranty coverage.

8. Warranty Claims Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Vehicle registration information

• Installation details

• Warranty Certificate

• Clear photographs of the alleged defect

All warranty claims must be submitted through an authorized dealer or installer, unless otherwise approved by The Project 3.

The Project 3 reserves the right to inspect the Product prior to approving any claim.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by The Project 3. No other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply.

In no event shall The Project 3 be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use, loss of time, or damage to the vehicle.

10. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction determined by The Project 3, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Final Provisions

The Project 3 reserves the right to modify or update these Warranty Terms and Conditions at any time. The warranty applicable to a Product shall be the version in effect at the time of purchase.
